Fluxwerx Illumination, part of LMPG Inc., receives two prestigious design awards

Montreal, Qc, December 1, 2022 - The LIT Lighting Design Awards and Architectural SSL Magazine have both selected Fluxwerx Lines Product Family as the winner in their respective Linear Lighting Systems categories. A divergent and diminutive suspended luminaire system for the inspired, Lines offers options, interfaces, and finishes allowing flexibility to achieve design vision.

Delivering a new path to deviate from a linear form, Lines lengths can be connected in unlimited straight runs, or combined with intersecting pivots and wall mounts with flexible adjustability. Minimalist and miniscule at only 3" high and less than a finger-width wide, its ultra narrow, precise optical-extraction surface provides wide, on-center, and incredible spacing ratio.

Created six years ago to recognize the efforts of talented international lighting product designers and lighting implementers, the LIT Awards was envisioned to celebrate creativity and innovation in the fields of lighting products and applications. This year, the 6th Edition of the LIT Awards received over 650 submissions from 51 countries. The jury panel, composed of 43 talented and experienced professionals, Architects, Interior Designers, Academics, and media representatives in the lighting industry, evaluated all designs based on their own merit.

The Product Innovation Awards (PIA) recognizes innovative LED and solid-state luminaires and fixtures on the market. With judging and evaluation of products and systems from a distinguished panel of 16 designers and lighting specialists skilled in product evaluation, the 2022 PIA program awarded manufacturers based on attributes, qualities, functionality and/or performance beyond industry standards.
